Mariano Canegallo O.D.

Mariano Canegallo is the Founder and CEO of Neurar® International Association. He is a member of the Mexican Council of Functional Optometry, the International Sports Vision Association (ISVA), the Neuro Optometric Rehabilitation Association (NORA), and an honorary member of the Colombian Association of Orthoptics and Pleoptics “ORTOS.”
Graduated as an optometrist in Argentina, he has specialized his studies in the field of Neurosciences Applied to Human Movement Development.
He is the author and director of the Study and Training Model of Vision in High-Performance Sports, and the book bearing the same name, "Brain Vision Training®." He is also the co-author of the book "Neurosciences in Sports."
He serves as an international speaker in the fields of Neurosciences and Neuro-Optometry applied to Human Motor Skills.
He served as the optometrist for the Professional Team of the First Division of Football at the San Lorenzo de Almagro Club, as an advisor to the goalkeeping team of the first division at the Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata club, and the Argentine Deaf Basketball Team. He is a coach for elite athletes in various sports such as football, hockey, motorsport, tennis, boxing, skiing, among others.
He has been an advisor for the federal course of Snipers of the Special Security Division Halcón of the Buenos Aires Provincial Police (Special Forces Halcón), and BMW Motorrad Argentina.
He was part of the development group of Fox Pro Line, in creating eye protection systems for high-performance athletic horses. He is a full professor in the Chair of Sports Visual Therapy in the Master’s in Optometry at Galileo University in Guatemala and a professor in the diplomas in Neurosciences and Sports at Gran Rosario University and Favaloro University in Argentina.
